Shipping

 

Where do you ship?

We ship nationwide. For orders within Metro Manila, please expect your packages within 2-3 business days upon receipt of payment. For outside Metro Manila, please allow 4-5 business days. No shipping on Holidays and Sundays.

 

How much is the shipping fee?

For Metro Manila delivery, standard shipping rate is Php100; while it is Php180 for Luzon and Php210 for Visayas and Mindanao.

 

Exchange Policy

 

Can I exchange an item?

Sure. We want you to be comfortable and confident in our Malaya pieces. If you want to exchange an item, just let us know within 3 days of receipt of the item. Product must be unwashed and unused. Customer shoulders all shipping fees. Drop us a line at malaya.athletica@gmail.com.

Payment

 

How do I pay for my purchases?

We accept payment through BPI bank deposit and online transfer and GCash. Bank details are provided upon checkout at the website.

Please settle your payment within 48 hours of ordering so we can process your purchase.
